B. E-Visa

- What is an E-Visa and how does it work?
The E-Visa is an electronic travel authorization to enter Benin without going through an embassy.

- What documents do I need to provide?
A valid passport, an identity photo, and, depending on the visa type, proof of accommodation or a return ticket.

- How long does the process take?
On average, processing takes between 24 and 72 hours, depending on the type of visa requested.

- Does Djosstour Event handle the entire process?
Yes, we can handle the submission, tracking, and reception of your electronic visa if you choose.

- What if my visa application is refused?
Our team will assist you with correcting and resubmitting your application, with no hidden fees.

C. Payment and Billing

- What payment methods are accepted?
Mobile Money, bank transfer, Visa/MasterCard, and cash payment (at the office).

- Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes, some of our services (trips or events) can be paid in installments.

- Do you provide an official invoice?
Always. A digital or paper invoice is sent after each confirmed payment.
